The 29 Wine & Dine was the Blue River Arts Council’s event held on Leap Day, Feb. 29, 2020, to announce the Capital Campaign for the Isis Theatre. This was a progressive event held at four different venues in downtown Crete, showcasing local music and presenting renovation plans. More than 100 tickets were sold.
Three weeks later, COVID-19 hit and put the theater plans on hold. The Blue River Arts Council had to shift our focus from theater renovation to community building.
